Returns and Exchange Policy

Dear valued clients

We strive to satisfy each order completely and we consider all refunds as important.

Please note that the refund and exchange policy is set in place to assist the client and not to inconvenience anybody.

Our margins are low and for that reason we cannot cover the costs for your returns . You are welcome to return the items via courier and arrange a collection for your swap out but we cannot cover these costs.

Please be in contact with us before you want to exchange or refund a purchase so we can assist you accordingly. We value you and your experience with us immensely and will always try to assist where we can.

Our policy is valid for 7 days only. After 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

NO returns on sale items , except for defects or manufacturing errors. Please note the items will be checked before shipping to you.
As our margins on sale items are low, we have a NO returns policy on sale goods. We try to give you the best price on sale goods therefore we can’t afford any refunds/exchanges.

WRONG SIZE? You can courier the item to us and arrange for collection of the correct size item. Courier fees are for your own account.

NB! This depends on stock availability. This is also not valid for branded items. If you order branded items, please be sure of the sizes as we cannot refund/exchange them.

We urge you to measure correctly with the sizing guide provided.
Please ensure you return it exactly how you received it with regards to packaging and condition.

Again, please note, after 7 days we offer no refunds.

Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing.
All items must be in sealed packaging and UNUSED.
If payment was made by credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reversible.

Note that a 5% transaction fee will be deducted before refunding on Payfast payments. As well as a 5% refund fee totaling a 10% fee levied on any refunds should they be approved.

We will ALWAYS help where we can. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are uncertain
